Return & Exchange Policy
At LATP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at latp.shop.official@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for your return
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, email latp.shop.official@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.
If the requested size is in stock, we will arrange the exchange.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on size exchanges.
Please note:
Items listed as pre-order or final sale may not be eligible for return/exchange unless otherwise stated.
LATP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
