Return & Exchange Policy

At LATP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• To begin a return, please contact us at latp.shop.official@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the reason for your return

• Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• For size exchanges, email latp.shop.official@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

• If the requested size is in stock, we will arrange the exchange.

• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on size exchanges.

Please note:

• Items listed as pre-order or final sale may not be eligible for return/exchange unless otherwise stated.

• LATP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
